Key Responsibilities • Serve as a primary client contact and maintain strong project relationships. • Manage project delivery across all phases, from concept through construction and post-occupancy evaluation. • Collaborate with design leadership on programming, conceptual design, design development, and documentation. • Coordinate internal teams, consultants, and external stakeholders. • Oversee the selection and specification of materials, products, and furnishings. • Monitor project schedules, budgets, and potential risks. • Lead project meetings, presentations, and client communications. • Mentor junior staff and promote best practices across project teams. Skills & Experience • 8+ years of professional experience in interior design, architecture, or a related field. • Accredited degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related discipline . • NCIDQ certification or architectural licensure preferred . • Experience managing projects through multiple design phases. • Proficiency in Bluebeam , with experience in Revit preferred . • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, visualization tools, and FF&E documentation . • Knowledge of building codes, sustainability principles, and integrated design processes . • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
