The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in luxury residential interiors, possesses strong project management capabilities, and can confidently interface with clients, vendors, and contractors. This role requires a self-sufficient designer who can manage complex project workflows, uphold exceptional design standards, and maintain seamless coordination across all phases of design and delivery. Skills & Experience • 6–8+ years of professional experience in interior design with a strong portfolio of high-end residential work. • Proven ability to independently lead projects from early concept through construction and installation. • Strong client-facing skills with comfort navigating a luxury client landscape. • Advanced technical proficiency in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, MS Office, Excel, and Adobe Creative Suite. • Highly organized with excellent communication skills, strong follow-through, and a collaborative mindset. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Professional, warm personality and the ability to build trust with clients and partners. Benefits & Culture • Salary range: $120,000–$150,000 (Dependent on experience). • Opportunities to work on sophisticated, high-design residential environments. • Hybrid office structure with a phased schedule: 5 days per week in office for the first 6 months, 4 days per week for the following 6 months, and 3 days per week thereafter. • Supportive studio culture with approximately 25+ team members. • Regular team outings including museum visits, cultural excursions, birthday gatherings, and seasonal events. • Office located near the D&D building for convenient material sourcing and vendor visits.
