Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage interior design teams across multiple project types and scales. • Produce schematic space plans and conduct design presentations for clients and internal project teams. • Oversee development of FF&E packages, lighting packages, and detailed design documentation. • Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, and product specialists to ensure cohesive and high?quality project execution. • Manage projects from concept through completion while guiding junior designers and maintaining strong client relationships. Skills and Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related discipline. • Strong technical knowledge of detailing, construction documentation, and relevant building codes including life safety and accessibility standards. • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Photoshop. • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills with the ability to thrive in a fast?paced, deadline?driven environment. • Demonstrated ability to mentor junior team members, manage workload planning, and support business development efforts.
