Role Summary As Principal, you will lead major healthcare projects across all phases of development, driving the strategic direction of the studio’s healthcare portfolio in Los Angeles. Key Responsibilities • Lead planning, coordination, and execution of significant healthcare projects from concept through delivery. • Direct and mentor multidisciplinary teams, manage client relationships, and oversee project budgets, schedules, and contract performance. • Serve as a primary client partner, cultivating long?term relationships and establishing trust across institutional, clinical, and healthcare networks. • Drive business development initiatives, maintain a strong backlog of healthcare work, and expand the firm’s presence and reputation in key market sectors. • Manage multiple project teams and support firmwide strategies for sustainable growth. Location & Work Style This role is based in Los Angeles and requires three days per week in?studio , with remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays.
