We are seeking a senior technical leader to elevate firmwide standards, guide project teams, and advance innovation in documentation, building technology, and BIM workflows. This role blends deep technical expertise with mentoring, leadership, and strategic oversight across all studios. Role and Responsibilities • Establish and maintain firmwide technical standards, detailing protocols, and documentation best practices. • Lead BIM strategy, including workflows, templates, software adoption, and model QA. • Provide technical guidance on constructability, code compliance, materials, and interdisciplinary coordination. • Oversee QA/QC processes and conduct technical reviews for key project milestones. • Develop and deliver technical training, mentoring, and professional development programs. • Drive research and innovation in materials, detailing, digital fabrication, and emerging technologies. Experience and Qualifications • Licensed Architect and LEED AP with 15+ years of architectural experience. • Deep expertise in codes, construction methods, detailing, and interdisciplinary coordination. • Significant experience with large, complex, or multi-phased project delivery. • Proficiency with CSI-formatted specifications and spec authoring tools (e-SPECS, Specpoint, etc.). • Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring abilities. • Prior experience managing technical teams and implementing office-wide standards.
