A boutique, design-led studio is entering an exciting phase of growth and transformation and is looking to strengthen its architecture team. This is an opportunity to join a close-knit, high-performing studio working on high-end residential and select commercial projects based in South Sydney. In this role, you will manage the full project lifecycle guiding detailed construction documentation while ensuring the original design vision is carried through with precision and consistency. Working closely with internal teams and external collaborators, you will balance creative direction with technical delivery, maintaining high standards across every stage. Key Responsibilities • Lead or contribute to high-end residential and boutique commercial projects • Work across DA/CDC through to construction documentation and delivery • Coordinate consultants and engage directly with clients • Contribute to both architecture and interior outcomes in a highly collaborative setting • Translate client briefs into sophisticated design outcomes Skills & Experience • Operating at a level similar to 5-8 years’ local experience, ideally working on residential projects • Confident presentation and client communication skills • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail • Proven experience delivering projects from concept through to completion • Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and joinery detailing • Advanced proficiency in Revit Benefits & Culture • Opportunity to work on a mix of bespoke, high end projects • Collaborative environment • Potential for hybrid-working arrangement • Autonomy to lead and manage your own projects
