Key Responsibilities • Play a role in the development of large multi residential projects • Provide technical expertise on projects from DA approval to completion • Coordinate internal teams, consultants, and clients • Ensure design intent is maintained throughout all project stages • Manage project programs, budgets, and deliverables • Contribute to documentation, QA processes and delivery • Lead and grow within a supportive and collaborative culture Skills and Experience • Experience gained locally in high quality practices on a diversity of projects particularly in multi residential sector • Strong awareness of Design Practitioner requirements • Proven ability to work through all stages of projects • Strong design and technical skills across documentation and project delivery • Outstanding communication skills • Collaborative and inclusive personality • Revit skills essential Benefits and Culture • Convenient city location close to transport for easy commute • Opportunities for professional development • A high degree of autonomy but also support
