This is the perfect role for a returning parent or sole trader looking to supplement their pipeline. A fixed-term contract or hourly rate role with flexible hours. You will be working alongside the Director, taking on projects through documentation and coordination. The studio is a small team, all with a similar part-time structure. They work on high-end Houses, mostly within the Eastern Suburbs. Key responsibilities • Produce high quality documentation through construction and tender stages • Interior documentation and coordination • Coordination with consultants and builders • Manage on-site works, alongside Director Skills and Experience • Excellent technical skills • Portfolio of high-quality House projects • Confidence with the ability to show initiative and be proactive • Proficient 3D Vectorworks knowledge ideal or Revit skills with the willingness to learn Vectorworks Benefits and culture • Convenient location • Boutique studio • Flexible arrangement
