Role summary
Join a dynamic, design-driven architecture firm where you’ll lead impactful projects from concept through completion. This role offers the opportunity to manage multiple small- to mid-scale efforts, shape project direction, and collaborate closely with talented designers and architects. You’ll work in a supportive environment that values leadership, communication, client service, and teamwork—while empowering you to guide project teams, deepen client relationships, and contribute to high-quality, efficient project delivery. Key Responsibilities • Lead and coordinate all aspects of multiple small- and mid-sized projects, overseeing scope, schedule, budget, and team performance. • Serve as a primary liaison to clients, delivering presentations, progress updates, proposals, and documentation while maintaining strong relationships. • Provide leadership to project teams—delegating tasks, determining staffing needs, mentoring team members, and fostering a collaborative work environment. • Develop project work plans and oversee architectural work from concept/schematic design through construction administration. • Participate in quality assurance and control, construction administration, jobsite visits, and resolution of project issues, RFIs, and submittals. Skills & Experience • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and multi-tasking abilities with proven experience managing shifting priorities and solving complex problems. • Advanced knowledge of architectural building systems, construction methodologies, sustainability, design trends, and material applications. • Proficiency with Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, Deltek Vision, Newforma, and Revit/BIM360; working knowledge of AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Cloud, Enscape, and SketchUp preferred. • Ability to translate client ideas into compelling visual and technical documentation, with strong presentation and mentorship capabilities. • Professional degree in architecture, architectural licensure, and 10+ years of post-graduate architectural experience; LEED, WELL, NCARB, AIA, or related credentials preferred. Benefits & Culture • Full-time position with flexible start times and occasional evening/weekend work as needed. • Collaborative, team-oriented environment that emphasizes communication, mentorship, and high-quality project delivery. • Opportunities for professional development to stay current on emerging technologies, best practices, and industry standards. • Involvement in both office-based work and jobsite visits, offering a varied and engaging work experience. • Commitment to equal employment opportunity and a supportive, inclusive workplace.
