Key Responsibilities • Lead the design, planning, and production of project documentation with a high level of accuracy, technical rigor, and alignment with design intent. • Perform zoning, accessibility, and code analysis to inform design decisions and ensure project compliance. • Coordinate closely with consultants, vendors, and internal teams to maintain momentum and clarity throughout the project lifecycle. • Produce construction drawings, details, and complete documentation packages with minimal supervision. • Mentor and support junior staff through guidance, feedback, and opportunities for professional growth. Skills and Experience • Professional degree in Architecture. Licensure preferred but not required. • 6 to 10 years of professional architectural experience, with K–12 project experience strongly preferred. • Advanced proficiency in Revit, along with strong skills in graphic design and 3D visualization tools. • Comprehensive understanding of all phases of design, architectural systems, specifications, and building codes. • Clear communicator who is collaborative, organized, and takes pride in delivering high quality work.
