Role summary

As a Project Architect, you will play a central role in delivering thoughtful, well executed projects from early concept through construction. You will help set the standard for quality, coordination, and clarity at every phase while collaborating closely with multidisciplinary partners. Key Responsibilities • Lead the design, planning, and production of project documentation with a high level of accuracy, technical rigor, and alignment with design intent. • Perform zoning, accessibility, and code analysis to inform design decisions and ensure project compliance. • Coordinate closely with consultants, vendors, and internal teams to maintain momentum and clarity throughout the project lifecycle. • Produce construction drawings, details, and complete documentation packages with minimal supervision. • Mentor and support junior staff through guidance, feedback, and opportunities for professional growth. Skills and Experience • Professional degree in Architecture. Licensure preferred but not required. • 6 to 10 years of professional architectural experience, with K–12 project experience strongly preferred. • Advanced proficiency in Revit, along with strong skills in graphic design and 3D visualization tools. • Comprehensive understanding of all phases of design, architectural systems, specifications, and building codes. • Clear communicator who is collaborative, organized, and takes pride in delivering high quality work.
