A Manhattan based Architecture firm is looking to hire an intermediate architect (4-12 years of experience) to work on education and academic projects. Key responsibilities: • Working as part of the design team to ensure the organized and speedy delivery of projects. • Coordinate with multiple consultants. • Collaborate throughout the different phases of the project from the early design stages until completion. • Assist in putting together presentations for clients and internal reviews. • Help put together sets of drawings for DD and CD phases. Skills and experience: • A professional degree in Architecture (B. Arch/M. Arch) • A minimum of 3 years of post-graduate experience. • Relevant experience on higher education projects during CD is a must! • Ability to understand and translate design intent into technical documents. • Software skills: Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, Adobe Suite, Sketch-Up, Enscape.
