Experience and Qualifications • 8+ years of professional architecture or design experience with a bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field. • Strong proficiency in BIM, codes, site analysis, design studies, contract documents, and construction-phase coordination. • Advanced skills in Revit and 2D/3D software, plus experience with Rhino, Grasshopper, Enscape, V?Ray, InDesign, and Photoshop. • Strong design sensibility, communication skills, sketching ability, and graphic storytelling capabilities. • LEED GA required within 6 months; additional Living Design accreditations preferred (LEED AP, WELL AP, SITES AP, etc.). • Actively preparing for the ARE and engaged in AXP, or committed to professional growth toward licensure.
