Opportunity for an experienced Technician to support a Project Director in a commercial CBD-based studio with a varied project portfolio spanning commercial, civic, housing and hospital projects. You will be joining a long established mid-size studio with a busy pipeline of work. Key Responsibilities • Work within a team in a support position from concept through to construction documentation • Revit modelling, documentation, detailing and coordination • Working closely to support the Project Director/Lead Architect • Some coordination work with external consultants and contractors • Production of working drawings, detailing and implementation of drawing packages • Skills and Experience • Advanced Revit skills • Circa minimum 5+ years experience in a documentation role • Strong eye for design, and ability to resolve designs • Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team • Working knowledge of the BCA and local authority regulations • A positive and professional attitude Benefits & Culture • Solid pipeline of work • Work/life balance • Flexible work environment with flexi start/finish times
