Experience and Qualifications • 8+ years of professional experience in architecture or design. • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related discipline (required). • Strong proficiency in BIM, building codes, site analysis, preliminary design studies, contract documents, specifications, and construction administration. • Advanced software capabilities, including: — Revit (Advanced) — Rhino, Grasshopper — Adobe Creative Suite / Microsoft Office — Enscape, VRay — InDesign, Photoshop — Physical modeling tools (3D printing, laser cutting) — Environmental analysis platforms (Ladybug, Climate Studio) • Strong design sensibility, technical knowledge, communication skills, and graphic presentation abilities. • LEED GA (or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire). • Professional accreditation in one or more Living Design areas encouraged (LEED AP, BREEAM AP, WELL AP, SITES AP, CPHC/CPHD, ILFI LFA). • Active involvement in AXP and/or preparation for the ARE preferred.
