We are seeking a licensed Project Architect to lead design, coordination, and documentation for large multi-family housing developments. Role and Responsibilities • Lead and coordinate project teams and consultants. • Develop design concepts, technical details, and complete document sets. • Interpret codes and industry standards to inform design decisions. • Support client communication, contractor coordination, and construction administration. • Participate in QA/QC reviews and maintain high project standards. • Mentor junior staff and contribute to studio collaboration. Experience and Qualifications • Professional architectural degree; licensed architect. • 8+ years of experience delivering education-related projects. • Strong design, technical documentation, and coordination skills. • Proficiency in Revit; familiarity with Autodesk AEC tools and Construction Cloud. • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
