We are seeking a talented and team?oriented Project Architect to join our community-minded architecture studio. This role is ideal for a design?forward professional who excels in technical leadership, project coordination, and guiding multidisciplinary teams through all phases of project delivery. Position can be located in in Baltimore, MD and/or Washington, DC. Role and Responsibilities • Lead projects from concept through completion, ensuring design quality and technical accuracy. • Coordinate with Principals, project managers, consultants, and internal teams. • Provide technical expertise on specialized building systems and code compliance. • Participate in QA/QC reviews, including independent technical assessments. • Support project planning, staffing, and practice management activities. Experience and Qualifications • Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) and licensed architect. • 8+ years of architectural experience with strong technical and coordination skills. • Proficiency in Revit, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Newforma, and E?SPECS. • Strong communication skills and ability to lead complex project workflows. • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship; on?site roles only.
