This is a pivotal leadership role focused on major healthcare projects, offering sector growth and design excellence. Key Responsibilities • Lead large-scale health projects • Work closely with health planners and senior leaders • Drive client relationships and sector growth • Contribute to practice leadership and strategy • Mentor and build high-performing teams • Oversee delivery standards, fees and project performance • Willingness to travel as required across projects Skills & Experience • NZ or Australian Registered Architect (or equivalent senior level) • Operating at a level equivalent to 20+ years’ experience in complex health projects • Proven delivery of major hospital or redevelopment works • Strong knowledge of AHFG and NZ Building Code • Commercially astute with strong leadership presence • Revit/BIM familiarity. dRofus highly regarded.
