We are looking for a technically rigorous Associate Architect to join a practice based in London, currently experiencing an exciting period of growth. You will be the bridge between design and reality, ensuring that the projects are not only beautiful but compliant, buildable, and delivered to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities • Lead the technical delivery of projects across RIBA Stages 4,5 and 6. • Navigate the Gateway 2 process, ensure full adherence to the Building Safety Act, UK Building Regulations, and Fire Safety guidance. • Manage multidisciplinary teams and sub-contractors to resolve complex technical interfaces. • Act as a professional point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors on-site. • Maintain the highest standards of documentation and communication.
