The ideal candidate will have the ability to provide design leadership across multiple projects including business development, client management, team leadership and collaboration. Their existing leadership team has grown up through the practice, and now the time has come to welcome an external influence into the fold. Key Responsibilities • Work collaboratively with the other leaders, and broader team • Contribute to project leading, business development activities, client and consultant management • Lead design reviews, conceptualize design responses and present to clients • See projects through their full lifecycle • Manage clients, consultants and team members • Be able to take design intent through to the built form through design resolution and quality technical output Skills & Experience • Tertiary qualifications in Architecture. ARBV registration preferred but not essential. • Approximately 15 years' post graduate experience • Experience on large scale projects such as commercial and apartment developments from inception to delivery • Proven track record of quality projects that have been recognised through awards and/or published • Strong communication skills with colleagues and clients; a confident presenter and public speaker • Knowledge of planning and approval process – BCA, DDA, & Town planning Benefits and culture • Inviting and creative studio space • Centrally located in the buzzing CBD near public transport and bike links • Opportunities for progression - making a mark within the leadership team, and long-term growth outlook • Equal Opportunity Employer • A collaborative and social culture
