Skills & Experience: • Proven experience as an Architectural Technician or Technologist within the UK architectural or consultancy sector. • Strong technical ability with a solid background in creating robust construction details. • Proficiency in Revit or AutoCad is essential, with a strong understanding of BIM processes. • Thorough knowledge of UK Building Regulations and industry standards. • A proactive team player with excellent communication skills and a "can-do" attitude. • Degree-qualified in Architectural Technology (or equivalent); MCIAT status or working towards Chartership is highly desirable.
