Their London team is seeking an Architectural Technologist or Architectural Technician to support the technical delivery of projects across RIBA Stages 3-6. You’ll be working within a collaborative environment on complex schemes, focusing on technical design, coordination, specifications, and construction delivery. Key Responsibilities • Support the technical delivery of projects across science, education, and healthcare sectors • Develop and produce detailed Revit models and coordinated technical drawing packages • Lead on specifications using NBS Chorus • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and external consultants • Assist with site coordination and monitor construction progress Skills & Experience • Architectural Technologist or Architectural Technician with 5+ years’ experience in a UK practice • Advanced proficiency in Revit / BIM workflows (essential) • Experience using NBS Chorus for specifications • Proven experience delivering medium to large-scale projects within multidisciplinary teams • Strong technical knowledge across RIBA Stages 3-6 • Site experience and confidence reviewing contractor information and construction progress Benefits • Opportunity to work on complex, high-performance buildings across science, education, and healthcare sectors • Exposure to technically challenging, large-scale institutional projects • Flexible opportunity with both contract and permanent options available • Hybrid working model • Work within a globally recognised, design and technology-led studio • Collaborative environment with strong technical expertise across teams
