Key Responsibilities • Assist in developing conceptual and detailed interior design schemes for flagship projects, ensuring alignment with client vision and brand identity. • Create sophisticated 3D models and visualisations using SketchUp, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite to effectively communicate design intent. • Collaborate closely with FF&E suppliers and manage procurement inputs to integrate functional and aesthetic elements seamlessly. • Contribute actively to project deadlines, delivering clear and comprehensive design information tailored to RIBA stage requirements. • Support internal and external presentation efforts, preparing high-quality visuals and presentation materials to showcase design proposals. • Engage with the team to ensure a smooth workflow within a hybrid working environment, prioritising organisation and proactive communication. Skills & Experience • Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, SketchUp/Enscape, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite. • Demonstrable understanding of interior space programming and delivering across RIBA project stages. • Experience collaborating on exterior or interior projects within the Sports and Entertainment sectors is advantageous but not essential. • Strong visualisation skills, with a portfolio showcasing high-quality 3D renders and conceptual work. • Effective communicator with an eye for detail, capable of working independently within a collaborative team. • Passion for innovative design and a willingness to develop technical expertise alongside industry-leading professionals.
