Why this role is interesting

Key Responsibilities Contribute to projects across all RIBA stages, from early concept design through to technical delivery. Develop clear, compelling design proposals and coordinate with internal teams, consultants and clients. Produce high quality technical information with strong attention to detail. Support project delivery on site where required, helping to resolve design and construction queries. Skills & Experience Part 3 qualified Architect with UK practice experience. Confident working across multiple stages of the design process, ideally with delivery or construction experience. Strong design sensibility and the ability to communicate ideas visually, verbally and in writing. Proficiency in Revit is highly desirable; experience in BIM led environments is a bonus. Strong problem solving skills and a proactive, organised and team focused approach. Comfortable engaging with clients, consultants and multidisciplinary teams.
