Key Responsibilities • Develop design proposals from initial brief through to final stages • Produce design solutions that are robust, efficient and sustainable • Participate in design reviews, coordination workshops and multidisciplinary meetings • Prepare information to support planning applications • Support the other practice leads with design risk management and project document control processes Skills and Experience • ARB registration and UK practice experience • Strong commercial and contractual awareness • Experience across sectors, ideally commercial and/or community, workplace and sustainable environments for reuse. • Revit experience • Strong design thinking, technical capability and a collaborative working style Benefits • Employee owned • WFH and flexi time • Healthcare • Birthday off • Dog friendly
