Skills & Experience • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. • Approximately 6+ years of professional interior design or architectural experience. • Strong proficiency in BIM and 3D modeling software, along with experience producing presentations and construction documentation. • Knowledge of building codes, accessibility standards, interior construction methods, FF&E specification processes, and project delivery best practices. • Excellent communication, presentation, relationship-building, and team leadership skills, with the ability to guide junior staff and collaborate effectively with clients and consultants.
