Skills & Experience • Professional degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. • 10+ years of interior design experience, preferably within workplace environments. • Proven ability to lead complex projects while managing client relationships and multidisciplinary teams. • Strong portfolio demonstrating design excellence from concept development through project realization. • Expertise in workplace design, programming, strategic planning, and space planning. • Proficiency in Revit and experience with FF&E selection, detailing, and documentation. • Strong knowledge of materials, specifications, construction documentation, and building systems. • Excellent presentation, communication, organizational, and leadership skills. • Professional registration preferred. • Active participation in industry organizations, professional groups, or design-related activities strongly preferred. • Passion for innovation, sustainable design, and elevating the user experience through thoughtful design solutions.
