Key Responsibilities • Key leadership role working across a multi-sector portfolio • Play a key role in business development and client management • Collaborate and lead the creative efforts on client projects, developing overall design concepts and design presentation strategies • Work collaboratively with other leaders and studios to achieve best practice and project outcomes • Collaborate and guide team members and colleagues to promote an inter-disciplinary design approach and philosophy Skills and Experience • A degree in Architecture • 15+ years’ professional experience with proven record of significant project delivery • Experience in early overall design concepts and formulating design presentation strategies • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills • Outstanding interpersonal skills including a strong belief in diversity • Proven track record of success in maintaining and growing client relationships • Strong, persuasive communicator with excellent verbal presentation skills and the ability to communicate complex design concepts to clients • A desire to mentor team members, offer guidance and leadership Benefits and Culture • Opportunity to shape the practice's presence in Melbourne • Collaborative and supportive team environment • Professional development and career growth opportunities • Work-life balance promoted
