Key Responsibilities • Manage projects from early concept through to construction • Modelling using SketchUp, drafting using AutoCAD • Collaborate with the design team and push design limits • Coordinate with consultants and clients • Produce documentation and detailing packages Skills and Experience • Capable project leadership skills • AutoCAD and SketchUp skills essential • Strong portfolio of relevant projects demonstrating an understanding of documentation and detailing • Previous experience in Hospitality projects, pubs/clubs etc • Good knowledge of the BCA and local construction practices • A passion for architecture and interiors, keen eye for detail and enthusiastic attitude Benefits and Culture: • Great open plan office in convenient city fringe location • Tight-knit, energetic team • Immediate start
