A high-end residential architecture design firm is looking for a multi-talented Sr PA+Technical Lead to join their team! The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about design and the technical details required to achieve high design. This leadership position will be both a firm wide resource and a have their own projects to work on. Role and responsibilities • Lead in all phases of design, from concept to completion, working autonomously while checking in with Principles • Firmwide technical resource for detailing, code/zoning detailing, standards and QA/QC • Work with the principal and finance department in strategic long-term goals for the studio. • Coordinate with consultants, contractors and vendors. • Develope and oversee project plans, timelines and budgets • Work directly with clients to ensure satisfaction • Delegate work to and mentor junior staff • Design and construction documentation, including articulate design detailing • Research products and specifications Key skills and experience • A minimum of 12+ years of relevant private residential experience • Multi-family project experience is a plus • Experience with all phases of design and construction • Strong design, communication, and technical skills • Revit proficiency is a big plus • May be required to travel
