Join a growing South Sydney based luxury design & construction studio as a Senior Interior Designer, taking ownership of bespoke residential and select commercial projects from inception through to completion. In this lead role, you will manage the full project lifecycle guiding detailed construction documentation while ensuring the original design vision is carried through with precision and consistency. Working closely with internal interior & architectural teams and external collaborators, you will balance creative direction with technical delivery, maintaining high standards across every stage. Key Responsibilities • Drive Revit documentation from detailed interior packages through to construction-ready sets. • Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple high-end residential projects, ensuring design integrity from concept to completion. • Translate client briefs into sophisticated spatial plans, layouts, and curated material palettes. • Act as the primary design lead for client presentations • Coordinate seamlessly with architects, specialist consultants, and onsite trades to resolve technical details. Skills & Experience • At least 7 years’ experience in residential interior design • Confident presentation and client communication skills • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail • Proven experience delivering projects from concept through to completion • Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and joinery detailing • Advanced proficiency in Revit Benefits & Culture • Opportunity to work on a mix of bespoke, high end projects • Collaborative environment • Potential for hybrid-working arrangement • Autonomy to lead and manage your own projects
