This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Interior Designer to step away from traditional studio practice and move client-side with one of Australia’s most design-led property developers. Known for delivering highly curated, design-driven apartment developments across Australia, the business has built a reputation for creating residences that feel more like boutique hotel experiences than conventional apartments. In this role, you will lead the customisation journey for purchasers across a portfolio of premium developments, working closely with clients to tailor their homes to reflect their individual lifestyle and aesthetic. From finishes and joinery to spatial adjustments and bespoke detailing, you will guide clients through the process from concept to completion, translating their vision into beautifully resolved interiors. This is a unique position for a designer who enjoys the client relationship side of the process and is excited by the idea of shaping luxury homes within some of Australia’s most ambitious residential projects. Key Responsibilities • Lead apartment customisation for luxury residential developments • Work directly with purchasers from concept through to completion • Develop bespoke interior solutions including finishes, layouts and FF&E • Produce documentation and visualisations using Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp and 3Ds Max • Collaborate with internal project teams, suppliers, delivery teams and stakeholders • Mentor junior designers and spend time onsite supporting project delivery Skills and Experience • Interior Designer with over 8 years’ professional experience • Background in high-end residential or hotel projects • Strong all-rounder across design stages, documentation and delivery • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp and 3Ds Max • Excellent communication and client-facing skills • Strong knowledge of FF&E specification Culture and Benefits • Rare opportunity to work client-side on landmark developments • Exposure to highly bespoke residential projects • Collaborative, design-focused team environment • Hybrid working opportunities
