Why this role is interesting

Looking to join a friendly, down-to-earth studio with a fantastic mix of residential, commercial, and one-of-a-kind specialist projects? This growing design practice is seeking technically strong Revit contractors to support delivery of an iconic London housing development. With a tight-knit team, a relaxed office vibe (music always on), and a reputation for both creativity and precision, this is a great chance to step into a major project at a key delivery stage. Key Responsibilities You’ll be joining the team as they move into RIBA Stage 4 on a large, historic London residential estate. This phase involves complex coordination across structures, M&E, and technical packages. There is no design work in this role - it's all about high-quality technical delivery and confident Revit capability. You’ll be building on previous project phases, so existing information can be followed - but you must be able to grasp the project quickly and work efficiently within a coordinated model. Key responsibilities • Deliver detailed Revit technical packages for a large-scale, multi-phase residential project • Coordinate with structural, electrical, and mechanical information • Work collaboratively with the internal team and external consultants • Follow established project standards from earlier phases while ensuring accuracy and quality • Work remotely (for senior candidates) or in-office 3 days per week as needed Skills and experience • Strong proficiency in Revit • Solid technical knowledge and experience delivering RIBA Stage 3-4 packages • Background in residential, housing, or large-scale refurbishment projects (ideal but not essential) • Ability to work independently and confidently, especially when remote • Must be based in London • Architectural Technicians, Technical Architects, or strong Revit specialists welcome Benefits and culture • Friendly, sociable team with a relaxed, music-filled studio • Varied project exposure - from heritage residential to industrial and specialist labs • Opportunity to join major London projects with long-term potential • Possibility for contract extension or permanent transition
