Experience and Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field. • 15+ years of experience across architectural design and production, with a strong focus on digital practice. • Proven leadership experience driving digital innovation within an architecture or design environment. • Advanced proficiency in Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper, Enscape, Blender, and related design technologies. • Experience with computational design, visualization, and environmental analysis tools. • Strong communication skills across written, verbal, and graphic formats. • Experience leading training, mentorship, and technical support initiatives. • LEED Green Associate required within 6 months of hire. • Additional Living Design accreditation (LEED AP, WELL AP, etc.) preferred. • Active involvement in AXP or pursuit of ARE preferred. • Passion for emerging technologies and their impact on design and the built environment.
