A global architecture firm is looking for Project Architects to join its Data Centers division, leading a variety of challenging, full life-cycle projects, delivering packages and ensuring client satisfaction. Role and responsibilities • Manage the entire design team and process from a very strong technical base • Collaborate with engineers regarding value, viability, reliability and appropriateness of engineering systems • Identify and resolve design, technical and code issues • See projects from concept through Construction Administration • Serve as the primary consultant and client liaison to complete projects on schedule, within budget, and with maximum client satisfaction. • Oversee quality assurance processes and quality control of project documents • Provide leadership to junior staff Key skills and experience • Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture • 8+ years of professional experience in data center, corporate commercial, healthcare, education, or gov't • Licensed US Architect • Experience managing large teams on large-scale projects required • Strong technical understanding • Experience with all phases of a project including construction administration • Technical expertise in Revit preferred
