This role offers the opportunity to gain exposure to the full project lifecycle while contributing to a supportive, design-driven studio culture. Role and Responsibilities • Participate in all project phases, from concept through construction administration. • Contribute to conceptual design, schematic design, and design development efforts. • Produce graphic presentations, 3D renderings, and construction drawings. • Utilize hand sketching and rendering to communicate design ideas. • Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors to meet project goals. • Support coordination across project teams and disciplines. • Contribute to studio initiatives, activities, and ongoing learning programs. Experience and Qualifications • 2–4 years of experience in commercial interior architecture or workplace design. • Experience across all phases of design, from schematic through construction administration. • Ability to design and detail building assemblies. • Proficiency in Revit required. • Strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills. • Creative problem-solving mindset with strong design sensibility. • Skills in sketching and hand drawing preferred. • Licensure not required.
