As a Project Manager, you will guide complex architectural and interior architecture projects from early planning through delivery. Responsibilities • Serve as the primary client liaison, ensuring clear communication, smooth coordination, and long-term client satisfaction. • Oversee project workflows—including schedules, budgets, scopes, documentation, and internal project planning. • Lead project teams, assign tasks, guide performance, and support team problem-solving. • Manage consultant contracts, coordinate deliverables, and keep all stakeholders informed throughout the process. • Ensure adherence to studio standards, client requirements, and project deadlines across all phases. • Support development and refinement of design standards and quality control processes. • Participate in staff development, utilization meetings, and ongoing project performance reviews. Skills and Experience • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited architecture program. • Registered Architect with 10+ years of professional architectural experience. • Strong expertise in construction documentation, building systems, and interior architecture. • Proven ability to manage financial aspects of projects, including budgets and forecasting. • Proficient in project-related software and tools required for technical documentation. • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing both office and field construction administration. • Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills; hospitality or cruise design experience is a plus.
