Skills and Experience • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited architecture program. • Registered Architect with 10+ years of professional architectural experience. • Strong expertise in construction documentation, building systems, and interior architecture. • Proven ability to manage financial aspects of projects, including budgets and forecasting. • Proficient in project-related software and tools required for technical documentation. • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing both office and field construction administration. • Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills; hospitality or cruise design experience is a plus.
