Skills and Experience • Minimum 10 years of architectural experience. • High-rise residential experience required. • Strong technical knowledge of detailing, systems, materials, and construction processes. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Proven ability to lead teams and maintain strong client relationships. • Professional architectural degree; licensure preferred. • Must work fully in-office at the firm’s Austin studio.
