Our client is the leading name in Australia for manufacture and supply of innovative, premium building supplies. They are looking for an experienced Architectural Specification Representative. The role is comprised of two elements; the first being to educate Tier 1 and Tier 2 Architects on products through presentations and networking. The second element is winning commercial projects, including aged care, health, high-end residential, commercial office buildings, hospitality etc. Key Responsibilities • Identify and establish new A&D relationships with top tier architects, designers and specificers • Proactively enhance established relationships • Respond to client briefs and prepare, book and deliver product presentations • Coordinate and monitor sample, pricing and information requests effectively using the internal CRM platform • Work closely with the internal design, operations and marketing teams to support and promote campaigns and events Skills & Experience • Knowledge of and experience working in the A&D sector, ideally within decorative product • Ability to nurture and develop relationships, with a strong dedication to being responsive, resourceful and consistently following up on leads • Self-motivated and goal oriented, with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects • Exceptional time management and organisational skills • Flexible, can-do attitude • Professional, articulate and friendly communicator
