As Customer Service Consultant, you will be responsible for working in the team and ensuring all customer queries are resolved, whilst building and maintaining successful customer relationships. This role is based in Western Sydney. Key Responsibilities • Produce high standard customer service operating procedures • Work with the team and set good examples • Ensuring all customer service is managed quickly and effectively • Logging all customer issues through the database • Booking in service calls with customers • Dealing with incoming customer issues and demonstrating your strong technical knowledge • Overseeing the external data entry representatives • Monday to Friday in the head office Skills and Experience • Previous experience in a customer service team essential • Technical knowledge of the bathroom and plumbing industry desirable • Calm, polite and pleasant demeanour • Positive, outgoing and hard working attitude
