Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage interior design projects while actively contributing to design development and documentation. • Oversee small project teams (typically 1–2 designers), offering guidance, mentorship, and design direction. • Balance project management responsibilities with client communication and immersive design involvement. • Support quality control efforts, redlines, and the professional development of junior staff. • Ensure successful delivery of projects aligned with scope, schedule, and budget targets. Skills & Experience • 10+ years of professional interior design experience with demonstrated leadership capability. • Proficiency in Revit and SketchUp; familiarity with Vantage Point is a plus. • Strong design sensibility with a passion for thoughtful, crafted, and experiential interiors. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams. • Commitment to mentorship, team collaboration, and a hands?on design process.
