They are seeking a mid-level interior designer who enjoys being hands on across design, documentation and delivery. This role is ideal for an adaptable all-rounder who supports senior designers while confidently managing tasks independently when required. Key Responsibilities • Assist senior designers across workplace projects from concept design to construction delivery • Prepare accurate Revit documentation packages in line with D&C requirements • Produce high-quality renders to support design development and client presentations • Support coordination of consultants, construction inputs and value management processes • Contribute to buildable, compliant design solutions aligned with project budgets and timelines Skills & Experience • 3 to 5 years experience in interior design with experience on workplace and commercial projects • Revit documentation skills and a solid understanding of D&C delivery • Experience producing renders using Enscape • Working knowledge of local building regulations and codes • A collaborative team player who can also work independently with confidence and take initiative Benefits & Culture • Supportive studio environment with mentoring from senior designers • Exposure to end-to-end workplace projects and real construction outcomes • Opportunity to strengthen technical, documentation and design skills • A role offering steady growth, responsibility and long-term career development
