Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Architectural Technician to join their growing architectural team based in Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of projects, including large-scale cladding remediation schemes alongside residential, commercial and mixed-use architectural projects. Skills & Experience • Degree, HNC/HND or equivalent qualification in Architectural Technology or a related discipline. • Experience working within a UK architectural practice. • Proficient in Autodesk Revit, with the ability to produce accurate BIM models and technical drawing packages. • Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing. • Experience working on cladding remediation, façade, or technical delivery projects is desirable but not essential. • Knowledge of RIBA work stages and construction documentation. • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication and organisational abilities. • Ability to manage workload effectively and work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop professionally.
