Key Responsibilities • Lead social and affordable housing projects from design through to delivery • Oversee Revit documentation and ensure quality across all stages • Coordinate consultants and manage project teams • Liaise with clients and contribute to project direction • Resolve technical and planning requirements • Support and mentor junior team members • Contribute to design discussions and studio knowledge-sharing Skills & Experience • Registered Architect • Operating at a senior level (circa 10+ years’ experience) • Strong experience in multi-residential, social or affordable housing projects • Proven delivery capability across medium to large-scale projects • Revit proficiency • Strong knowledge of NCC and local planning frameworks • Clear communication and leadership capability Benefits & Culture • Established Brisbane studio with strong work pipeline • Contribute to meaningful housing projects with community impact • Collaborative team environment with experienced leadership • Clear pathways for career progression • Stable, long-term opportunity within a respected practice
