Why this role is interesting

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a design-led, multidisciplinary practice based in a stunning, custom-fitted studio in North London. Renowned for their work across stadiums residential & hospitality, this practice is currently expanding its team to deliver a series of ambitious new projects. Their team is seeking a Technical Architect or Project Architect to lead the delivery of complex technical packages. With a reputation for design excellence and precision, the studio focuses on high-end hospitality, leisure, and sophisticated infrastructure that responds to intense operational requirements. Key Responsibilities • Support the technical delivery of large-scale projects across the sports, leisure, residential and high-end hospitality sectors. • Develop and produce detailed Revit models and highly coordinated technical drawing packages (facades, interiors, and complex structures). • Manage technical packages independently across RIBA Stages 3–6, ensuring information is robust and buildable. • Coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, external consultants, and specialist contractors. • Assist with site coordination and monitor construction progress to ensure design intent is maintained through to completion. Skills & Experience • ARB Registered Architect with a few years Post-Part 3 experience within a UK practice. • Advanced proficiency in Revit is essential; you should be comfortable navigating complex BIM workflows. • Strong technical background with a proven track record of delivering medium to large-scale projects (stadium or large-scale leisure experience is a significant bonus). • Proactive attitude - you are someone who can take ownership of a package. • Comprehensive knowledge of UK Building Regulations and experience reviewing contractor information. Benefits • Opportunity to work on prestigious, career-defining stadium and masterplan projects. • Exposure to high-end, luxury hospitality interiors. • Work within a collaborative, tight-knit studio environment known for its technical expertise and design flair. • Located in a beautiful, modern office.
