This well-established multi-sector design practice is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to lead and contribute to high-end commercial and hospitality projects, with a particular focus on premium F&B and leisure. Design • Lead and contribute to the design and delivery of large-scale commercial and hospitality projects • Develop and drive strong design concepts for high-end hospitality and premium F&B environments • Take ownership of projects from concept through to completion, ensuring design integrity at every stage • Work closely with clients and stakeholders, confidently translating briefs into creative, functional interior environments • Collaborate with wider project teams to ensure design quality, consistency, and coordination throughout all stages • Present design concepts and ideas clearly and confidently to clients and internal teams Technical • Minimum 5+ years’ experience within commercial, F&B or hospitality interior design • Strong experience delivering projects across all design stages • Advanced Revit proficiency is essential • Ability to produce and oversee high-quality technical drawing packages and coordinated design information • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively Anything Else • Excellent client-facing communication and relationship management skills • Demonstrated leadership and mentoring ability, actively supporting and developing junior designers • Highly organised with strong attention to detail • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, complex project environments • Ambitious, proactive, and passionate about delivering exceptional interior design experiences
