Role summary
Health & Science technical design specialist and practice wide mentor to help lead the delivery of projects while structuring and delivering learning and knowledge sharing across the wider team, The goals of which is to guide junior team members through technical, spec writing, project management and client management through live projects individuals are working on. The role will see you lead a project yourself and to set the individual agenda for each architect on the practices mentoring scheme to support them through the early part of their career. This well-known practice would like to receive candidates that have established a track record of delivering projects in science and health sectors and you will have accrued a wealth of knowledge in this space . The position is based in the practices London office. The role may require travel to service and build relationships across team and clients. The remuneration package is strong and aligned with the role as a senior project architect and leader within the practice. Key responsibilities • Lead the delivery stage of a larger or two smaller projects, managing a team of delivery professionals • A member the senior leadership team setting goals and responsibilities and leading across project delivery • Driving an entrepreneurial culture and practice wide innovation, client management and design quality to drive business outcomes Skills and experience • Qualified architect with part 3 accreditation • Experience leading and running large science lead projects and practice in a senior executive position • Team leadership and management • Excellent communication skills and proven ability to lead a team Benefits • Strong remuneration and package • Personal performance bonus • Private healthcare • Generous pension
