Skills and Experience • Professional degree in Architecture with active architectural licensure preferred. • 10+ years of experience leading architectural projects, ideally within hospitality, resort, mixed-use, renovation, or urban development sectors. • Advanced proficiency in Revit with strong technical knowledge of building systems, construction methods, and applicable codes. • Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams, coordinating consultants, and building strong client relationships. • Strong design communication, presentation, problem-solving, and project management skills.
