Project Architect | Hospitality, Resort & Mixed-Use Design

As a Project Architect, you will guide projects from concept through construction, ensuring design excellence, technical quality, and a seamless execution of the firm’s vision. Key Responsibilities • Lead the technical development, documentation, and delivery of architectural projects across all phases, ensuring design intent is carried through to completion. • Coordinate project teams, consultants, contractors, and clients to develop thoughtful, high-quality design solutions. • Oversee QA/QC processes, technical detailing, code compliance, and construction documentation. • Manage BIM workflows, project documentation, consultant coordination, and project communications. • Mentor emerging professionals, review technical work, and support project delivery within established schedules and budgets. Skills and Experience • Professional degree in Architecture with active architectural licensure preferred. • 10+ years of experience leading architectural projects, ideally within hospitality, resort, mixed-use, renovation, or urban development sectors. • Advanced proficiency in Revit with strong technical knowledge of building systems, construction methods, and applicable codes. • Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams, coordinating consultants, and building strong client relationships. • Strong design communication, presentation, problem-solving, and project management skills.
