Role summary
Join an internationally recognised architecture and urban design studio delivering design-driven residential and mixed-use developments across global markets. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Architectural Assistant Part 2 or newly qualified Architect to join a highly creative London-based team working on concept and schematic design for ambitious residential-led developments. With studios across multiple continents and a portfolio spanning large-scale residential communities, mixed-use developments, and public realm projects, the practice is known for its ability to blend architecture, urban design, and placemaking into thoughtful, impactful design solutions. You’ll be joining a collaborative London studio working closely with international teams on projects across the UK and globally. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to early-stage design thinking and visual storytelling, helping shape projects from concept through schematic design. Key Responsibilities • Support the design team in developing concept and schematic design proposals for residential-led mixed-use projects • Produce high-quality Revit models and BIM documentation aligned with project standards • Create compelling visualisations and presentation materials using Lumion or Enscape • Assist in preparing design presentations, reports, and documentation using InDesign • Collaborate with architects, urban designers, and interior designers across international teams • Contribute to design discussions and help develop architectural concepts through modelling and visual communication Skills & Experience • Part 2 Architectural Assistant with minimum 5 years’ experience or newly qualified Part 3 Architect (or overseas equivalent) • Strong Revit / BIM proficiency for design development and modelling • Experience with Lumion or Enscape for visualisation • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign for presentations and design documentation • Experience working on residential or residential-led mixed-use projects preferred • International project experience highly advantageous • Strong design sensibility and ability to contribute to early-stage architectural concepts Benefits • Opportunity to work on design-led residential and mixed-use developments across international markets • Excellent opportunity to expand and strengthen your portfolio with concept and schematic design work • Work within a globally connected architecture and urban design studio with an international project portfolio • Collaborative studio environment working alongside architects, urban designers, and interior designers • Contract opportunity within a creative central London studio in Holborn
