Associate Architect - World Renowned firm

We are seeking a talented Associate Architect to join a leading London studio. This is a leadership role for a driven architect with a balance of strong design flair and proven delivery experience. You will contribute to shaping significant projects across a range of sectors, leading teams and working closely with clients to deliver innovative, high-quality outcomes. Key Responsibilities • Lead design teams through all project stages, from concept to completion. • Oversee the delivery of complex architectural projects, ensuring quality, budget, and programme objectives are achieved. • Contribute strong design direction and foster a collaborative, creative studio culture. • Build and maintain client relationships, representing the practice with confidence and professionalism. • Mentor and support junior designers, sharing knowledge and experience. • Engage in practice-wide initiatives to support growth, innovation, and design excellence. Skills & Experience • ARB registered architect (or equivalent international qualification). • 8+ years’ post-qualification experience with a track record of leading projects. • Strong design portfolio demonstrating creativity and rigour. • Proven experience delivering projects at various scales, particularly in commercial, retrofit, and hospitality sectors. • Excellent technical knowledge and understanding of UK planning and building regulations. • Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills. • Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
