If this sparks your interest, you’re in the right place.</p></div><p><strong>DLR Group is seeking a Senior Landscape Architect.</strong></p> <p><strong>Position Summary</strong></p> <p>As a Senior Landscape Architect, you will create innovative, sustainable, and functional site designs for a diverse clientele across the U.S. Collaborating with our integrated design teams, you will ensure that your designs enhance the architectural vision and improve human experience.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage workflow and projects effectively.</li> <li>Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients within our integrated design process.</li> <li>Create and coordinate documents using Autodesk CAD software.</li> <li>Participate in the development and negotiation of contracts as well as service change&nbsp;request;&nbsp;and initiate review or approve modifications to plans.&nbsp;</li> <li>Prepare planning and design solutions for sustainable project development, assisting through all design stages.</li> <li>Develop site and landscape specifications.</li> <li>Review shop drawings.</li> <li>Conduct site visits.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program.</li> <li>10+ years of professional experience, preferably in site master planning and site-specific design and construction.</li> <li>Goal-oriented with strong problem-solving, graphic communication, and attention to detail.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in designing sustainable sites, landscapes, and irrigation systems.</li> <li>Project management and construction experience.</li> <li>Site master planning experience.</li> <li>Familiarity with Autodesk CAD workflow and project production.</li> <li>Knowledge of LandFx, ArcGIS, and Adobe Creative Cloud software.</li> <li>Working knowledge of Civil 3D, Lumion, Enscape, and BIM (REVIT).</li> <li>Licensed Landscape Architect</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p><a href="http://www.dlrgroup.com/" target="_blank" data-cke-saved-href="http://www.dlrgroup.com/">DLR Group</a> is an integrated design firm delivering architecture, engineering, interiors, planning, and building optimization for new builds, renovations, and adaptive reuse projects.</p> <p>We are 100% employee-owned: every employee is literally invested in our clients’ success.
